Too Soon

I think the prereqs for this PrC are substantially too low. Being incorporeal is one of the best qualities you can get in DnD, and makes you straight-up immune to most of the monsters. Even at higher levels it's still amazing, making you never afraid of closet troll monsters ever again. As a comparison, the spell Ghostform (Spell Compendium), which makes you incorporeal, doesn't happen until level 8, and the Master of the Seven Necromantic Mysteries PrC doesn't give out the ghost part until level 16.
