Full BAB, Full Spellcasting progression, wings (fly speed), a breath weapon, immunities, and a +4 stat increase to Strength, Constitution and Charisma. Overpowered. Either the class needs stricter entry requirements, and/or needs to be stretched out over a longer number of levels, and/or needs to have power cut out.
