Actually, Destroyah didn't defeat Godzilla; it might have, but Godzilla was at that time near meltdown and more powerful as a result. Godzilla died as a result of his own reactor melting down, not as a result of Destroyah. The battle was a draw in the end, as Godzilla melted down and Destroyah was frozen to death by the Super X-3. In an alternate ending that was finished but did not make the final cut, Godzilla won, coming back from the verge of meltdown long enough to finish the battle. 97.125.23.245 14:21, 23 September 2009 (MDT)
