Talk:Demon Arm (3.5e Class)

This class really needs to be spaced out better. Take some of the abilities you have stuffed into one level, and put them in some of those dead levels you have.

Review

I definitely agree with the above, also Shadow Rend needs to scale with level somehow such as more people can fit in the hole as you level. The table needs to show the levels of which the abilities "Level up" instead of only in the description below, for example: "The claw's damage is equal to that of a claw of the appropriate size + 1d4 / 2 levels of Negative Energy damage." the table should show this as well. If you don't want to I can/will even it out the levels a bit for you. Thanks! --Veku 03:05, 18 April 2011 (MDT)

Class features in the table are fine like that. They do, however, need to be linked to the class feature below so one can quickly see what the class feature does (comparable to listing it above). I think Wizards may have done that in some books, but it is not standard practice. --Green Dragon 18:02, 1 May 2011 (MDT)

Revival

Stumbled upon this class and thought it was a fantastic, though incomplete, idea. I have reformatted it, added a little bit of fluff, and re-balanced it a bit. If I overstepped my bounds I apologize, but I didn't want to see this one die. As I am the one who edited it, I believe I should not touch the warning at the top, so someone please review it and edit it. -- Morbosa Sunday, April 8, 2012 at 7:58:06 (MDT)

Love It!!!!

Even though it is just a reference to an overly popular game, i love the power and i've been wanting someone to create an ability that allows you to punch people with shadow walk even after they shadow walked thats AMAZING. The problem is it is missing a couple things, like an ability booster thats like a friggin steroid or sometin IDK youre decision.

Balance - 3/5 I give this class a 3 out of 5 because it has many dead levels. Put some features from other levels into them. --Quintillus (talk) 06:52, 29 January 2014 (MST)

Just one question

Before I ask, I just have to say that I LOVE this class. I'm using myself for my own group, and it works like a charm. However, I do have one question. In the levels table, it mentions an ability called "Manhunter". What was this ability meant to do? Would love to find out and implement it as well in my game, otherwise I'll just keep on using the abilities that are defined. - Nightwyrm December 15, 2015

gollark: It's gotten 392 UVs, is at 4d, and is ARed up to the limit...
gollark: Prizes: turns out they're *really* annoying to hatch!
gollark: Maybe you can already summon an evil lich if you kill 1000 dragons then use the Summon BSA.
gollark: Makes sense.
gollark: I don't think liches are usually naturally created.
