I am excited about this build and am looking for advice. I am not sure about the damage scaling at higher levels. more varied explosions would be helpful. let me know what you think--Triten (talk) 18:02, 7 April 2018 (MDT)

I'll just note some things as I read through.
  • Find a smaller image, and right-justify it.
  • Chance of detecting something should be based on a skill check, not an absolute ability score. If you want it Wisdom-based, I suggest insight, but I'd have to see if something similar already exists in D&D. Should also be visible to someone with truesight.
At first level, all I can really do is deal the same damage output as a two-handed melee weapon, which puts me on the frontline, but I don't have the hit points or armour of a frontline character. It's very weak, and there's no interesting/unique hook or gimmick.
Looking forward, I see all the features are combat related. A good class also has some exploration or interaction features.
