Dual Campaigns

Our deity for time in Valgora is also named Chronos (obviously we have similar thoughts from time to time). I didn't realize that one already existed on the wiki, and I think this deity actually perfectly describes and fits what we want. Instead of making a "valgora variant", we added a Valgora subsection beneath the current Endhaven one with his Valgora specifics. If this is a problem, let us know. gollark: Part of the criteria many people in somewhat more freedom-respecting countries use to judge countries/sociopolitical systems/whatever is how much "freedom" they provide.
