Dual Campaigns

Our deity for time in Valgora is also named Chronos (obviously we have similar thoughts from time to time). I didn't realize that one already existed on the wiki, and I think this deity actually perfectly describes and fits what we want. Instead of making a "valgora variant", we added a Valgora subsection beneath the current Endhaven one with his Valgora specifics.
