Dear Friend,

I can barely see a prerequisite for taking this feat. Moreover, this feat makes a standard action into a move action, AND omits any chance for an attack of opportunity. This somehow seems imbalanced to me. This feat makes sense only then if the prerequisites include something that corresponds to a high level. Then we can say the character is an experienced hero that has used oils and potions for a long period of time which gave him this ability. In this case, we can only assume that any sober which has befriended himself with many bottles and thus can gain this feat.
