I took a look in the "path of" books by Fantasy Flight Games and found the academy section, and rather liked the idea, so i created my own academy for one of my characters. I hope you like it. please drop a note if you enjoy or dislike it, find it unbalanced or if you need clarifications.

When you put a "level cap" for each level of initiation within the Duelist Academy, is that the minimum possible level that you must be, the maximum level you must be, or the exact level you must be? Is it the character level, the number of Hit Dice, or the level in the spellcasting class you wish to improve? Is this only available to Wizards/Sorcerers, or is it available to any spellcaster?
