Using half your movement speed. You can use a long weapon (i.e whip) to swing off of a branch, and or the ceiling. Alternatively, if you have a weapon with the reach quality and it has a blade on the end, you can latch into one wall, or ceiling/roof with a wooden quality. The wood to be sturdy enough to hold your weight.
