With the wind behind you, you slash when the enemy thought you couldn't.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane, Weapon, Martial
4e Power Action Type::Minor Action	Melee
Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W]
Effect: Calls the spirit of the wind.
One Blade Fighting: Damage increases to [1W] + Dex mod
Special: When charging, you can use this exploit after the melee basic attack and you still count as charging.
