You throw yourself down, sweep at your target's feet, and are back up before it touches the ground.

4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Fortitude
Hit: Target is knocked prone.
Miss: Inflict damage equal to your Dexterity modifier.
