Surprise Vengeance (4e Feat)

Surprise Vengeance [Racial]

Just before you are about to fall unconscious, you give up some of your life force to send forth a burst of radiant energy.
Prerequisite: Kitsune
Benefit: You gain Hitodama's Fury as a daily power.

Hitodama's Fury Feat Power
Enemy: Your saying it would be unwise for me to kill you? Kitsune: It most certainly would be, but go ahead. Enemy: You're dead now! The sword slashes through the kitsune's armor. The fox spirit falls to the floor, just to reveal that flying above its crumpled body is a small fireball spirit (hitodama). The fireball explodes with a huge burst of blinding light, and the enemy regrets his decision.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Radiant, Fire
4e Power Action Type::Immediate Interrupt Close burst 2
Trigger: An enemy attack brings you to 0 or less hp.
Prerequisite: As you perform this attack, you may choose to sacrifice up to 3 of your death saving throws as you are falling unconcious (meaning you purposely choose to fail them instead of rolling). For each death saving throw you sacrifice this way, add an extra d6 to the damage the attack deals (even for a miss). Extra effects this attack has are listed below, counting on how many death saving throws you sacrifice.
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d10 + Charisma modifier radiant and fire damage. If you sacrifice 1 death saving throw, then targets hit by this attack are also blinded until the end of their next turn. If you sacrifice 2 death saving throws, then targets hit by this attack are blinded (save ends). If you sacrifice 3 death saving throws, then targets hit by this attack are blinded and dazed (save ends both), and are also slowed until the end of their next turn.
Miss: Half damage, and no ongoing effects.

gollark: Regarding sicknessy stuff, have you tried just fogging stuff until 5d then hatching/hatcherying them then?
gollark: Have you tried /makeallmyeggsgold yet?
gollark: Oh, yes, you can, it's quite useful.
gollark: It's fine, everyone, stop blaming TJ09!
gollark: Scroll down, see if *that* says that the shell is soft or whatever.
