Shiny black spiders of death surge from below, throwing your foes to the ground.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arachane, Poison, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area burst 4 within 10 squares
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 4d6 + Charisma modifier poison damage, and the target is knocked prone.
Effect: The power’s area is difficult terrain, and any creature that enters the area or starts its turn there takes 10 poison damage. This effect lasts until the end of your next turn, or you can dismiss it as a minor action.
