History
Liches are wizards who have specialized in necromancy, often in a desperate bid to cling to life. this study typically does not bear fruit, but rarely, an individual can decipher the methods others have used before them and unlock unlimited life.
Society
Generally not accepted in society, wear a disguise if you are unsure about the place.
Lich Traits
Liches, considered one of the most dangerous beings to encounter, are most often the result of a necromancer going too far.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 1 and your Intelligence Increases by 2.
Age. Liches don’t age, their bones just get drier.
Alignment. Due to the nature of the magic that grants them their immortality, liches are mostly often evil, but neutral, and even more rarely, good liches, have been known to exist.
Size. While the height of a lich often remains identical to their height before becoming a lich, various factors such as decay can cause fluctuations in height by a few inches. your size is medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Superior Darkvision. Through various necromantic means, likely as a side effect of becoming undead, you have Darkvision up to 120 feet
Undead Nature. Thanks to the rituals you have underwent, your body no longer ages and you do not need to eat, drink, or sleep. In addition, you gain immunity to disease and advantage on saving throws against poison.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common, and three other language of your choice.
Lich Subraces
The Resurrecter
Ability Score Increase. Your Intelligence increases by 1
Stay. Undead created by the lich last for twice the duration
Undeath. When you kill a humanoid with a critical hit, they come back as a zombie under your control for 24 hours, which is not doubled by "Stay"
Resurrect. You know the spare the dying cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the "animate dead" spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the "danse macabre" spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Permanent Resident. You can choose an area equal to 40 square feet per level where your Undead never expire. Undead created by you last until they leave your selected area, at which point the spell duration begins and cannot be stopped by re-entering the area.
The Deathbringer
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution increases by 1
Necromage. You can add your spellcasting modifier to all spells that deal necrotic damage. If the spell already uses your spellcasting modifier, you double it.
Harming Flesh. If a creature misses you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to deal 1d8 necrotic damage to the attacker.
Corrosion. You know the toll the dead cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, You can cast the "vampiric touch" spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the "enervation" spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Necromantic Killer. When you roll for initiative, you may use a reaction to cast one spell that requires a attack roll before combat begins,
