More information...

Sunglari arbiters are floating metal spies that are positioned as sentry guards in sensitive areas. They are very good at guarding treasure, due to their fast flying speed and plasma beam emitter.

Combat

Sunglari arbiters do not engage combat unless an opponent enters a restricted area (usually within 10 feet of a designated area or object). When in combat they keep to the air, moving as much as possible to avoid entrapment.

Integral Laser Sight (Ex): Sunglari arbiters have a built-in targeting system. This grants them a +4 bonus to their ranged attacks.

Motion Sensor (Ex): To further augment their targeting systems, Sunglari arbiters are better able to track their target with motion sensors. This augmentation grants a +2 to Spot checks involving moving targets.

Plasma Beam (Sp): A plasma cannon has been built into the shell of each Sunglari arbiter, giving it a ranged attack. This is similar to the searing light spell, at caster level 3rd.
