You can target 1 Creature within range, and imprison them for up to 1 hour in a small cell which electrocutes them. Target must make a Dexterity save against a DC 8 + your Intelligence modifier. On a fail save Target is Imprisoned in a small room with an area of 10 meter and takes 1d12 of thunder damage, On a successful save it takes 1d6 thunder damage.
