Student of Theft
Prerequisites: Dexterity 13 or higher
Your studies into the arts of thieving have paid off. You gain the following benefits:
- You gain proficiency with thieves' tools and the Sleight of Hand skill.
- You can use your bonus action to make a Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) check.
- If you spend at least 1 minute observing or interacting with another creature outside combat, you can discover some information about its financial situation, including how much treasure it has on it right now (in gp or valuable items), and possible locations of treasure this creature have access to.
- You learn thieves' cant.

gollark: They added more cores, but Intel don't really have much better architectures. Unless they released Tiger Lake. I should check.
gollark: Sandy Bridge was 2011, and Intel is widely regarded as having not really done much since then until pretty recently.
gollark: I mean, I suppose it could maybe make sense if the original one was a bad dual-core and the new one is hexacore and they didn't run it long enough for it to thermally throttle horribly.
