Strongarm Diplomacy [General]

3e Summary::Your brute strength makes up for your charisma when it comes to the art of fear.

Prerequisite: Str 13, Intimidate 4 ranks

Benefit: You use your strength modifier in place of your charisma for intimidate checks. In addition, whenever you drop a foe below 0 hp, you may make a free intimidate check against anyone within your reach (typically 5 ft. for Medium, or 10 ft. with a reach weapon).

Normal: Your intimidate is charisma based.
