Target: One creature
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + 1d6 + Strength modifier Physical or Acid damage 11th Level: 1[W]+ 2d6 + Strength modifier Physical or Acid damage. 21st Level: 2[W]+ 3d6 + Strength modifier Physical or Acid damage.
Effect: Targets struck by this attack suffer -2 to their AC until the start of your next turn.
Special: This power can be used as a melee basic attack.
