Electric energies fuse with the the air cause you to fly at nigh light speeds towards a foe toppling him over.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Primal, Weapon, Lightning, Teleport
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 10
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2[W] + Wisdom modifier lightning damage and the target is knocked prone. Teleport to a square adjacent to the target.
Air Preferrence: You may use another encounter power that targets one creature as a free action against the same creature.
