Stone Titan's Fist	Explorer 4e Power Type::Attack 1
You form rocks into the shape of a fist, crushing enemies.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Primal, Implement, Zone
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area burst 3 within 10
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d10 + Wisdom modifier damage, and the target is immobilized (Save ends).
Effect: The burst creates a zone of stones. The zone is difficult terrain, and each creature in the zone takes a penalty to Reflex and AC equal to your Dexterity modifier (Minimum 1).
