Steel Skin [General]

3e Summary::You are born with harder skin/scales than the rest of your races

Prerequisite: Must be taken at creation

Benefit: Your hardened skin/scales gives you DR: 3. Due to the weight of the Skin/scales the creatures move and or fly speed is reduced by 10 ft.
