Effect: Three Medium creatures; one hundred pounds of cargo.
Out of control
Effect: An out-of-control Steam Tank moves forward at half speed.
Cannon (Standard; at-will)
Effect: A steam tank is equipped with a single top-mounted cannon that a gunner can use to attack a single creature: Ranged 10/20; +7 vs. AC; 2d12 + 3 damage. The gunner adds half his or her level as a bonus to the cannon's attack rolls. Reloading the cannon takes one round.
