Steam Blast	Glyphologist 4e Power Type::Attack 1
You boil water as you conjure it and blast your enemy with steam.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane, Fire, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close Blast 5
Requirement: Invoke Cost: Fire, Water
Target: One creature in blast
Attack: Charisma Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2D6+charisma modifier fire damage and the target takes ongoing damage equal to your dexterity modifier (save ends).
Miss: Half damage
Augment: Surround Effect: You create an area in a burst 1 centered around the target. Creature who enter or start their turn in the zone take 1D8 fire damage.
