Static Armor Mechanist 4e Power Type::Attack 1
Overloading your arcane engine, you create a repulsive and destructive shield about your form, building the charge up higher and higher, until you dissipate it yourself after the encounter, or until you release it as a dangerous burst. Mind where you release it.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane, Implement, Lightning, Teleportation
4e Power Action Type::Minor Action Personal
Effect: Until the end of the encounter, you begin funneling the nexus of energy powering your apparatuses heavily into defense, emitting a static armor about yourself. While your engine continues this output, you gain a +1 bonus to AC and Will. Enemies who end their turn next to you take Lightning damage equal to your Wisdom Modifier.

Once during this encounter you may make the following attack. Such attack ends the benefits of this power.

Standard Action

Close Burst 2

Target: Each creature in burst

Attack: Wisdom vs. Fortitude

Hit: 1d10 + Wisdom Modifier Lightning damage, and the target is dazed, save ends.

Miss: Half damage, target is dazed until the end of your next turn.

Special: You may teleport half your move speed plus your Wisdom Modifier before making this attack.
