gollark: UTC. It says.
gollark: I'm using nginx now because caddy bad.
gollark: Anyway, basically, stuff like base font size should be automatically handled by the browser without me writing CSS for it, and I just define the width of the body on blog posts as `40em`, which uses about half the screen on laptops and stuff and the full screen on phones.
