Elf Subrace

Star or Twilight elves live in outer realms. The plane was created millennia before and has been expanding ever since until it reached its present size. They worship the goddess Artemis (goddess of the hunt and the moon), and an elite among them are chosen to be her Huntresses. They have extremely delicate skin seemingly made of stars, and silver, white or lavender hair. Their eyes tend to be silver, golden, grey or soft tints of lavender and violet.

Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma or Wisdom score increases by 1.
Diviner. You know Divination cantrip of your choice. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast detect magic once, and must make a long rest before you can cast it again. When you reach 5th level, you can also cast detect thoughts once and need to finish a long rest before you can cast it again. Your choice of Wisdom or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Insightful. You are proficient in the Insight skill.
Star Elf Weapon Training. You have proficiency with the dart, morningstar, rapier, and shortbow.
