You spread yourself wide to cover your allies at expense to yourself.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Shadow, Stance
4e Power Action Type::Minor Action	Personal
Effect: One ally within 5 squares of you gains a +2 power bonus to their AC, and you suffer a -2 bonus to your AC. As a minor action you can switch which ally you are covering. You can end this stance as a free action
