You hear a soft cooing. Upon looking down, you see two tiny flower heads scurrying about your feet. One bumps into you and seems to fall over, helplessly.

Sproutlettes are harmless living flower-heads. They come in a variety of flower colors and types. Generally they consist of a single flower bloom, two spindly legs and a nose/arm. They can't help but make soft chirps, squeaks and coo-ing noises. They have just enough life in them to move around and interact- Sproutlettes don't have souls. It is said that if you talk to your garden flowers every day, the blooms will become Sproutletts before they die.
Combat
Sproutlettes have no sense of danger, and are too soft to do any damage anyway. They're occasionally used for reconnaissance for clever fey or diversion, if successfully organized. They usually only run to catch up with larger groups of Sproutlettes. Because of their bright coloration, creatures are only required to make a spot check to see Sproutlettes when the Sproutlettes are among other flowers or colorful environment.
Run: Sproutlettes can run as the feat(up to five times their normal speed; 25 ft.).
Diurnal (Ex): Sproutlettes are only active during the day. In the day they require no water or nutrients and tend to wander in groups. At night or in dark places(Such as indoors or in caves) a Sproutlette retracts its petals and "sleeps", effectively becoming helpless. Additionally, direct sunlight gives a Sproutlette an additional 5 temporary hit points.
