Spooky Scary Skeleton

Prerequisites: Skeleton race
We will all become spooky scary skeletons in the end. It is inevitable. And all that we do before matters not.

You can use your action to spoop the guts out of others with a soul-chilling gaze, grin, cackle or shriek. When you do so, each creature of your choice within 60 feet of you and aware of you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or become frightened of you for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if you are within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the effects of this feat for the next 24 hours.
