Spirit Slash	Ninja 4e Power Type::Attack 1
Imparting a portion of ki into your weapon, you strike directly into your opponent’s soul.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Psionic, Necrotic, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee or Ranged weapon
Requirement: You must be wielding a bow, crossbow, or light blade.
Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Will
Hit: You deal 2[W] + Dexterity modifier necrotic damage, and ongoing 3 necrotic damage (save ends).
Miss: Half damage, and no ongoing damage.
