One of your parents was a spellscale, and you have inherited some of their power.

Prerequisite: 1st level, non-spellscale (but have a spellscale parent)

Benefit: After an extended rest, you may pick either mediation on Io, mediation on Bahumant or mediation on Tiamat. You may use this ability as a daily power. You are considered a dragon for the purpose of effects, but you do not actually gain the subtype. You can take feats that have Drow or loth toched as prerequisties as long as you meet any other requirement.
