Prerequisites: Proficiency in at least 3 tools
You have learned how to quickly and efficiently use your tools to their maximum effect, gaining the following benefits:

You gain proficiency with one set of Artisan's Tools. If you are already proficient, you may add double your proficiency bonus instead of your normal proficiency bonus, respectively.
You may craft or repair items in half the usual time if you are proficient in the tool that they require.
