Prerequisite: Level 12, Charisma 14, 4 ranks in Diplomacy, Gather Information, Bluff or Intimidate, Trustworthy, Deceptive, Confident
Benefit: You gain a +2 bonus to Diplomacy, Gather Information, Bluff and Intimidate skill checks.
