4e Power Usage::At-Will  Arcane, Implement, Psychic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close burst 5
Target: One creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: 1d8 + Charisma modifier psychic damage, and one ally in burst gains temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier.
Increase damage to 2d8 + Charisma modifier at 21st level.
