Driving ki into your feet, you learn to silence the noise your footsteps would normally make.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Psionic
4e Power Action Type::Move Action	Personal
Prerequisite: You must be trained in Stealth.
Effect: You may move your speed and make a Stealth check. You take no penalty to your check for moving in this way.
