3e Summary::Increases critical threat and confirmation when using a sniper rifle properly.

Prerequisite: Dex 22, Int 30, Sniper Rifle Training x 5

Benefit: While using a Sniper Rifle: Increases critical threat range of by 1. Add +1 to hit and +1 to critical confirmation rolls. Negates -1 of the to hit penalty from increased range increments.

Special: Only functions when shooting sniper rifle from a distance of at least 150 ft., stationary, with a tripod and a scope. May be taken up to 5 times.
