4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area Burst 1 in 10
Requirement: Invoke Cost: Lightning
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2D8+charisma modifier lightning damage.
Augment: Focus Hit: 2D10+charisma modifier lightning damage and the target takes 1D6 ongoing lightning damage. Effect: Change the range of the power to area burst 1 in 5.
