4e Power Action Type::Minor Action	Personal
Prerequisite: You must be trained in Thievery
Effect: You draw or sheathe a small weapon, such as a dagger or revolver, or retrieve or stow a small item, such as a coin or potion, so that nobody knows you have drawn or retrieved it
Special: If the item that you prepare with this power can normally be used with a minor action, you can instead use it as a free action while it is prepared by this power
