You flow past your foes, leaving a path of blood behind you before you reach your target.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane, Weapon, Martial
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Requirement: You must be calling the spirit of water.
Target: One creature.
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC
Hit: 3[W] + Dexterity modifier damage.
Effect: Before the attack you can move your speed through enemy squares, if the enemy takes an opportunity attack against you, the attack is negated and you deal your dexterity modifier in damage to them.
