Slicing Wind	Elementalist 4e Power Type::Attack 1
You slice the air in front of you, and only the clever will notice an invisible blade following through.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Primal, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee
Requirement: You must be wielding a Heavy Blade or a Light Blade.
Target: One creature
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2[W] + Wisdom modifier and the target grants combat advantage for this attack only
Special: The target does not grant combat advantage if you use the Chaos Power feature unless you chose air for your Elemental Preferrence feature.
