Slaying Strike	Slayer 4e Power Type::Attack 1
You attack your enemy with a strike meant to kill.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Martial, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Strength modifier + Constitution Modifier damage.
Increase damage to 2[W] + Stength modifier + Constitution modifier at 21st level.
Special: When charging, you can use this power in place of a melee basic attack.
