You burn a signet into your enemy that strikes at their soul when you are near
4e Power Usage::Daily  Shadow, Silent School, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: 3[W]+Wisdom Modifier damage, and the target takes 10 damage at the start of its turn if you are withing 5 squares of it (save ends)
Miss: Half damage and the target takes 5 damage at the start of its turn if you are within 5 squares of it (save ends)
