4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged weapon
Requirement: Must be wielding a light thrown weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC
Hit: 2[W] + Dexterity modifier damage, and the target takes 5 ongoing damage and is slowed (save ends both).
Miss: The target is slowed until the end of your next turn. "
