You strike out at your target with a beam of force that also shields yourself.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Arcane, Implement, Force
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 10
Target: One Creature
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d6 + Intelligence modifier force damage.
Effect: You gain a +1 power bonus to your AC and Reflex against the next attack that includes you as a target.
Level 21: 2d6 + Constitution modifier force damage.
