You impale your foe with a blade of shadows that breaks as they try to escape causing more damage to them
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Shadow, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Immediate Interrupt	Melee weapon
Trigger: An enemy leaves a square adjacent to you
Target: The triggering enemy
Attack: Constitution Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 4[W]+Constitution Modifier damage, and the target takes extra damage equal to 1/2 your level + your Wisdom modifier if it moves more than 1 square during the movement that this attack interrupts
