Prerequisites: Constitution 14 or higher, This feat may only be taken at 1st level, You may also not gain any benefits from other feats or Asi Since this uses all of them.
This is a scaling feat that improves with your level.
You have inherited the vast visual powers hidden deep in your family's blood. You gain the following benefits:
- When activated this feat increases your visual capabilities further, growing in power as you grow more powerful. The Sharingan may be activated as a free action for up to 1 minute per Short rest; this duration need not be used all at once and may be broken up as you wish. The Sharingan places a strain on your body's systems; Giving you two level of exhaustion and blurred vision (disadvantage to attack rolls, Perception and investigation checks) for one hour. When active, the irises of your eyes turn blood red and have three curved teardrop-shaped black markings spaced evenly around the pupil.
All Passive based abilities Require the Sharingan to be active at the time but do not require bonus actions or actions and just count as a buff for the duration.
- 1st level: When you activate the Sharingan You have an addition Bonus Action Which can be used to Dash, or disengaged . Passively, you gain a passive +2 to your passive perception and have advantage on initiative rolls.
- 3rd level : You gain a gaze attack once per round that stuns one target for 1 round If they fail a Wisdom saving throw (DC 10 + 1/2 Player level to a maximum of 16); successive gaze attacks on the same target provide a stacking +2 bonus onto the save per failed save (ex: 1st fail save, does nothing 2nd fail save adds + 2 onto the wisdom saving throw DC) The player may use this attack equal to their Con Modifier. Passively, your initiative bonus increases to +2 and your passive perception gains +4 instead of +2.
- 7th level: You gain an advantage when fighting an invisible opponent and the attacker doesn’t gain advantage on stealth rolls while invisible. Passively You gain True-Sight and +6 onto your passive perception instead of +6. User takes 2d10 Psychic damage after sharingan ends due to the intense strain it puts on your eyes.
- 15th level:Passively, you gain advantage on and no longer suffer penalty for close ranged ranged attacks and Gain a Second reaction per round, If you already have a second reaction then you gain another making it three . User takes 4d10 Psychic damage after sharingan ends due to the intense strain it puts on your eyes.
