4e Power Usage::At-Will  Arcane, Implement, Necrotic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close Burst 2
Requirement: Invoke Cost: Darkness
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: 1D6+charisma modifier necrotic damage. 2D6+charisma modifier necrotic damage at 21st level.
Effect: You and the target gain conealment until the end of your next turn.
Augment: Surround Effect: You and the target gain concealment and no damage is dealt.(failed save ends).
