Sheathing your blade, then suddenly unsheathing it, the energy of that alone splits the enemies in front of you asunder.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane, Weapon, Cold
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 5
Requirement: You must be currently invoking the spirit of the water.
Target: One Creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2[W] + Dexterity modifier damage. On hit make a secondary attack: Close blast 2 which must include the original target, Dexterity Vs. AC deals 1d8 cold damage.
