Physical Description

The Selach are a race of Humanoid shark people. sporting two rows of large sharp teeth, and a sharks tail and dorsal fin.

Society

Selach are often regarded as recluse. We envision them as solitary, cruising the oceans alone. Surprisingly, some species form established groups with hierarchies, and many even interact with other fish in nonthreatening, mutual relationships, and creating large cities under the sea.

Selach Names

Male: Trench, Anchor, Reef

Female: Coral, Marina, Airial

Selach Traits

Humanoid shark poeple.
Ability Score Increase. Your Strength and Constitution score increases by 2 but your Charisma and Intelligence score decreases by 1.
Age. Selach mature around the same time as humans, and live to 60-90 years old.
Alignment. Selach tend to fall under chaotic alignments due to their brutal nature.
Size. "Selach tend to have muscular builds and usually stand 6 feet tall. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet. you also have a swimming speed of 40 feet.
Eyes of the deep. you have 50 feet of darkvision.
Something in the water. You are able to smell blood out of water for 60 feet and in water for a mile due to your superior sense of smell.
Breath of the sea. You can breath both air and water.
Sailors nightmare. You gain proficiency in the Intimation skill.
Tough jaws. You have a natural weapon in the form of your sharp jaws,you are proficient with them. They deal 1d6+Str mod piercing damage
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Aquan.

gollark: A lot of the time it's probably some configuration or weird interaction between services or bizarre local conditions rather than actual code.

gollark: I mean, on my site, I can afford to have *minutes* of downtime without anyone really complaining if I want to reconfigure a server, but Cloudflare has to keep everything running at near-maximum capacity or the internet explodes.
